Project Introduction:

Active coking method flue gas comprehensive treatment project, to achieve desulfurization, denitrification, dust removal, heavy metal removal, removal of dioxins integration. The activated carbon adsorbed and desulfurized by this process is heated to a certain temperature in the regeneration tower to release SO2, which is recovered and utilized. The active coke heat transfer medium is the high temperature hot flue gas produced by the hot gas generator. After heat transfer, most of the flue gas is circulated back to the hot gas generator for heating again by the high temperature heat exchanger fan, and the excess flue gas is discharged into the chimney.

Key technology:

1.The gas produced by the hot gas generator and the circulating gas should be well mixed together and the pressure drop should be reduced.
2.Fluctuations in supply pressure should be taken into account.
3.If the temperature of the heat generator surface exceeds 70 degrees, measures should be taken to prevent excessive heat loss. Metal mesh should be used for personal protection.
4.Suitable viewing Windows with air cleaning should be installed.
5.Heat loss due to thermal radiation should be reduced.
6.The equipment shall be operated and controlled by on-site control panel and central control room.
7.The exhaust gas release valve is used to control the pressure in the generator, and the constant pressure control is carried out by the exhaust gas release regulating valve.
8.Equipment includes ignition control. Automatic purge control. Combustion control. Release control and meet the requirements of operating procedures.
9.In order to facilitate network communication, the control system adopts DCS system for centralized control.

Innovative:

After discussion and research, the system adopts gas hot blast stove, jacketed air distribution device, PLC automatic thermal control system and other processes. The gas hot blast stove adopts double hollow structure. The hot blast stove consists of gas supply pipe valve system, combustion machine, air distribution device, combustion chamber and thermal control system. The shell of the combustion chamber of the furnace body is double ring steel structure: the front chamber is the furnace, lined with fire-resistant insulation layer, negative pressure flow of cold air inhalation between the inner and outer shell formed ring gap flow, can effectively absorb the external temperature of the inner ring of the furnace, improve the life of the furnace lining, reduce heat loss; The back chamber is a mixing air chamber, where the hot air in the furnace and the cold air in the ring gap are mixed simultaneously. The temperature of heating hot air of hot blast stove is adjusted by reasonable adjustment of gas volume and cold air volume. The gas stove is also equipped with explosion-proof device to ensure the safety of the equipment. Hot air is heated by negative pressure flow, and the flue gas outlet of hot blast stove is taken over to the regeneration tower equipment.
Jacket type air distribution device, and the hot air pipe form an integral whole, ring cooling air inlet, uniform air distribution, and take away the heat dissipation loss of the hot air pipe surface, reduce energy consumption, heat exchange tube can not be used as internal and external heat preservation, no air valve, obvious economic benefits.

Technical parameters:

1.Burners should be easy to service and clean. The main burner & igniter shall have two or more fire eyes.
2.All replaceable parts should be replaced within 40 hours.
3.The automatic control unit should be used to start and close the work, and the temperature fluctuation of the outlet flue gas should be controlled within ±5℃.
4.The high temperature flue gas produced by the heat generator system does not contain any incomplete combustion products, and the oxygen content is controlled less than 3%.
5.When designing the generator, it should be considered to reduce its pressure loss and give this value.
6.The dust content in the high temperature flue gas at the outlet of the heat generator is less than 25 mg/Nm3.
